Ascend v7.08 is available 

This exciting new version includes automatic debtor notifications and electronic signature functionality for cheques.

Mandatory upgrade to Version 7.7 – As previously communicated, please ensure you have updated to Version 7.7 no later than June 1, 2018 to ensure your Bankex functionality continues.  Bankex functionality will be interrupted if you have not upgraded ahead of the cut-off date.

Fee increase – We strive to continually grow and offer the service and results you have come to expect and demand from us.  In order to remain competitive and improve Ascend, we are implementing a price increase, effective June 1, 2018.  The new rates are the first change since 2014.   These changes will help support continued development of Ascend in order to provide you new functionality, an increased user experience and quality service.

Our latest Ascend enhancements provide a cost savings to your office through reduced postage on mailings, reduced staff time to process mailings, increased accuracy and reduction in Trustee time spent signing cheques, to name a few.  In addition, our e-signature platform is the first step in the future development of electronic dividends to creditors.

Ascend v7.07 to be released Tuesday, March 13, 2018

We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of Ascend v7.07.  This release introduces the exciting new BankEx v2 functionality. This enhanced functionality will allow you to send any BIA form via the Express button for both Summary administration and Division II estates. Functionality for Ordinary Administrations and Division I proposals is expected to be included in our April release.  The new BankEx v2 functionality will save your office both postage costs as well as staff time to process mailings.

Significant data integrity and enhanced security functions also form part of this release.  As communicated in February 2018, the Ascend v7.07 update includes an upgrade to security protocols used for electronic communications.  Please note, as a result of these security enhancements an upgrade to Ascend v. 7.07  will be required by June 1, 2018 for Bankex functionality to continue.  Details of this security update are available on our website at: https://promeric.com/data-integrity-security-update/.

Ascend v 7.07 also includes ongoing maintenance items and updates to the National Creditor List. Additionally, the 2018 Superintendent Standards will be included should they be available at the time of the release.
